If the DVD or book is defective, please contact us via email from the CONTACT button above, and then return the defective product to:

Please email us first to notify us of the problem. A free replacment will be sent to you. The replacment is limited to manufacturing defects, or if the product arrived damaged and was also ordered directly from Syncronos Design. Products that are damaged due to misuse or abuse are not covered by this policy. Products that arrive damaged to your address must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us for return instructions.

If purchased directly from Syncronos Design, all orders of the "Building With Awareness" DVD video and/or the DVD and Guidebook combination come with a 30 day money-back guarantee . If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the undamaged item, postage prepaid, in its original shipping package, or in a box that is properly padded for safe shipment, and we will refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please email us first in order to obtain a return-authorization number. Include your purchase confirmation number and the approximate date of your order. Please do not return the product without contacting us first.

Purchase of DVD and/or Guidebook grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use one copy of the DVD. Copying of the entire DVD is protected by federal copyright laws. It is illegal to make additional copies or otherwise duplicate or permit the duplication of the DVD by any other means including but not limited to: electronic transmission, giving copies to other persons, modifying, adapting, translating, renting, sublicensing, loaning, reselling, distributing, creating derivative works or networking the DVD or any part thereof.

SYNCRONOS DESIGN’s entire liability, if any, shall be limited to the original purchaser/viewer only and is not transferable nor assignable. In no case shall SYNCRONOS’ liability arising out of or relating in any manner to the DVD and/or book, whether to the original purchaser or others, exceed the amount paid for one single DVD and book. The original purchaser/viewer’s exclusive remedy shall be to return the original DVD and book with a copy of the original purchase receipt to SYNCRONOS DESIGN, postage prepaid, at P.O. Box 1833, Corrales, New Mexico 87048 within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price.

If the DVD is defective and your original vendor refuses to exchange your defective DVD, return the defective DVD to SYNCRONOS DESIGN, and a replacement DVD will be mailed to you.

ACCEPTANCE OF LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Any viewing and/or use of this DVD indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this license agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for use of this DVD, then you can return the DVD and book with a copy of your original purchase receipt to the vendor where you originally purchased it within 30 days of date of purchase for a refund.

Use of this material constitutes your agreement that SYNCRONOS DESIGN, Inc. and the author, their consultants, employees, and agents, accept no liability or responsibility, express or implied, for any damages, injury or loss incurred arising out of, or relating in any manner to the information and practices described in this DVD and/or book. This information shall not override any applicable building codes or regulations. Please undertake all construction in a responsible and conscientious manner with respect for human life, safety, and the environment.

SYNCRONOS DESIGN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE DVD AND/OR BOOK, AND/OR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SYNCRONOS DESIGN DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE, OF THE DVD AND/OR BOOK AND/OR THE CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND MEANS SHOWN. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE DVD AND/OR BOOK AND ANY CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND MEANS IS ASSUMED BY THE PURCHASER/VIEWER. SYNCRONOS DESIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER/VIEWER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OR RELATING TO THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTIES, THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, THE USE OF ANY CONSTRUCTION MEANS AND METHODS OR FOR ANY OTHER BREACH OF CONTRACT OR DUTY BETWEEN SYNCRONOS DESIGN AND THE PURCHASER/VIEWER.

GENERAL
Any and all claims or disputes arising out of or relating to the DVD and/or book shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. For the purpose of resolving conflicts arising out of or relating to the DVD and/or book, SYNCRONOS DESIGN and the purchaser/viewer agree that venue shall be in the State of New Mexico only. The purchaser/viewer also consents to the jurisdiction of the New Mexico federal and state courts. SYNCRONOS DESIGN may assign its rights and delegate its duties with respect to the DVD and/or book without providing notice to, or receiving the consent of, the purchaser/viewer.

This agreement sets forth SYNCRONOS DESIGN’s and its representatives’ entire liability and your exclusive remedy with respect to the DVD and/or book, and is a complete statement of the agreement between you and SYNCRONOS DESIGN. This Agreement does not limit any rights that SYNCRONOS DESIGN may have under trade secret, copyright, trademark, patent, or other laws. SYNCRONOS DESIGN’ agents, employees, distributors, and dealers are not authorized to make modifications to this Agreement, or to make any additional representations, commitments, or warranties, binding on
SYNCRONOS DESIGN.
